Nut will not loosen on my bicycle?

I have a Paris Sport road bike from the 70's that I recently acquired. The seat needs adjusted, but for the life of me I cannot get the bolt to loosen to raise/lower the seat. Every time I turn it with a 1/2 size wrench, it takes the nut and the bolt in the same direction. Is there any ways I can just get the nut off so that I can adjust the height of my seat? Thank you!

I want to put on some shorty headers on a 83 camaro 305, can they just bolt on, without exhaust mods?

they make headers that will fit stock flanges. but in all reality you wont gain much with headers if you use the stock tiny w pipe that thing has. ran heddman headers and y pipe in my 3rd gen z28, they leaked like crazy, i tried every thing. but ,my 93 z28 has bbk headers and they dont leak at all so you get what you pay for.

How do i stop my kitten from climbing curtains?

My kitten is so mean! If she's not attacking me, she's bouncing off the walls. One problem she has that really gets under my skin is her curtain climbing. When I see her doing it I yell at her at she doesn't even acknowledge me. It's like she's in her own little world. Definitely different than any cat or dog I've ever had. I have to get up every time to go pull her off them. When she sees me coming she bolts and tries to make a game of it. This makes me even more angry, and by the time I catch her I'm ready to kill her (not really, but it still pisses me off). I don't know why she would think it's fun to run from me, cause she knows she's gonna get spanked and time out. I'm pretty sure she's not deaf cause when I call her (kitty, kitty, kitty) she comes running. Time out doesn't seem to work though cause like 2 minutes after she's out she's curtain climbing again. I just want to enjoy my kitten instead of having to battle with her every day. This is just one of her problems - she has many many more, but I think this one needs fixing first. Please help!

hello a few months ago i bought a 2007 GSXR 1000 with 4k miles on it i put about 1000 on it in those months and it was time to change the oil so i bought royal purple 10w-40 motor oil and a K&N wrench on oil filter. so i changed the oil didn't run into any problems sept getting old filter off no big deal put in 3.5 quarts like manual sayed torqued the oil drain bolt and done rode it around the lot a little then checked oil it was about a half inch above the low line. so 3 days lated i went out for first ride on new oil started it up the fuel injector light came on but when i turned bike off to get manual then back on it didn't come on again i got gas went about 4 miles and when i was in a slight lean my wheel spin oil a lil i didn't think to Much of it but a few seconds after i looked back and i was leaving a huge trail of smoke i cut off the engine asap and pulled over all the oil from my engine was leaking onto the pavement at high rates the oil filter didn't look like it was falling off and the drain bolt was still there i heard no noises or noticed and Performance changes when the oil leaked out WTF happend and how Much money am i looking at to make it go away
