Culinary schools in Indianapolis IN?

I either want to find a culinary school or a degree in foods at a community college. I am moving to Indianapolis soon and the school I found was roughly 80,000 for a bachelors and that was at a culinary school. The other culinary school was roughly 42,000 for a year and a half. I don't understand how I could pay that off. That would be taking a big loan out, and I can't. If it was 42,000 for 4 years than it would be different. Just need help!! ANY information on ANY culinary degrees or schools would be great! and even better if it's Indianapolis
