Am I too young to have decided what I want to do when I leave school?

I'm 14, but I've already chosen - I mean in detail and everything. I'm going to get a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Management) and get a Diploma in Culinary Arts. Is that to precise for my age? Are they realistic? I'm taking English, Mathematics, History, General Science/Biology, History and Business Study next year. Are they good? Thoughts please :)
