College savings?????????

So I'm going to be a freshmen after summer is over I'm really exited! But I have some big plans for my life that I'm willing to do anything to get there! I want to study in Paris France for culinary arts! I know it's not going to be cheap so I was wondering how much money do you think I will need?? And I can't get a job till mo sophomore year so what should I do to save up as much money as possible? And I don't want to ask my parents for money im more independent and feel better when I do things by myself!
