Great culinary schools (colleges) near ontario?!?

okay so ill be in grade 12 this year and i wanna be a exactly like cake boss but im taking culinary just for fun cause i love to cook! so i know if i dont get accepted to algonquin, where else is there near ontario? i live in ottawa by the way!
