How do you go about looking for the right courses in college?

I want to start my own business and I'm trying to come up with a college plan. I'd like to open up my own bakery/cafe and I know I'll have to take business course and culinary courses. I'm wondering where I can do this and how I should start. Possibly from someones whos had experience or is a professor. What are some of the bes business colleges and culinary school? Doesn't have to just be in new york.
