I have a Well MB03 airsoft sniper rifle but it will not fire?

When i pull back the bolt it seems that the mechanism that holds it there while you move the bolt forward isn't working because the bolt nearly locks in and then it automatically springs forward. I am assuming the problem is in the trigger housing but don't know for sure, the spring assembly seems fine, HELP!!!
