My commical tennant has been given notice to quit on 24/06/2011 as his will not pay for building repairs?

i have cut off his electricty supply as my name is on the bill . he also put a bolt on back door so i can not have a fire exit.He now says he is going to take me to court for cutting off electric in ukAm i in the right man is such a dishonest person HELP
