Need help hanging kindorf in ceiling?

Hello I'm trying to hang kindorf because I have heavy metal air conditioning ducts that are about to fall down from the ceiling my question is how do you hang them on a drywall ceiling that has concrete over the drywall? is there a toggle bolt you use or just go through to the 2nd floor? I just want to know how to hang the threaded rod through the celing. Thanks.
