Rounded Bolt Head On A Bmx?

You could use a center punch or small metal chisel. Hold the punch at a right angle to the bolt head and strike it with a hammer creating a punch mark, then lean the punch so when you strike it again it turns the bolt counter-clockwise. Once it breaks loose you should be able to remove it with needle nose pliers. Good Luck
