Runescape question: fightcaves:will healers come if you poison jad and let him die?

ok so im a horrible prayer switcher but i do have alot of time on my hands so i was wondering if i brought emerald bolts (e) and tried to poison jad then ran to italy rock and let him die would the healers come out and heal him or would he just die?
