T mobile phone keeps freezing. Help?

I was trying to take a picture and the picture turned out as a blank silhouette and a lightening bolt in the corner. Now it's in my pictures file. And everytime I click on it, my phone freezes. I try to send a picture, my phone freezes. It says it's used under another application and its just messing up my phone
