What are some of the most high end and well known culinary schools?

I can pretty much go wherever I want cuz of the GI bill and I want to in the long run be able to work at a 5 star resturaunt or hotel. But I'm kind of new to what culinary schools are the most high end or anything like that. Don't really care about how much tuition is, as long as its one of the best schools :)
