What career is best for me?

So, I'm the kind of person who likes to work with animals or people. But I like to have control. I'm graduating from a private boarding school a year early and I'm confused on what to major in. I'm interested in cosmetology, veterinary services, dental hygiene, nursing, fine arts, and culinary. I DO NOT want to do a lot of school, at all. I'm kind of a free spirited person. I like different results for every situation. I'd like to have one major job to make a career out of, and lots of little jobs I could do. Most likely I will end up in Vernal, Utah. So what would be good for me? I've taken a few assessment tests, but I can't seem to figure out what to go into.
