What should i do with my life?! (after high school)?

Okay both jobs pay extremely well but really only you can choose your path. Instead of asking a bunch of random people you should have this talk with a close friend or family member they know you a whole lot better and there few on it could really help you decide. And in my opinion that's what lifes about taking risks! But if you feel that's to big of a risk then you should go towards dental and maybe after you get that job you could go back to college and study for pastry as well and have two jobs eventually which would lead to some major money for you in the future but that's just my thoughts. I hope everything works out for you in the end :) good luck
