Which school has the better education? Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland or DCT?

I really like cooking and baking and would like to study in this field but I'm not sure which school is better because some people said CAA(Culinary Arts Academy) is better and some said the opposite. Although I'm more interested in CAA I still hope to hear your opinion. Thanks
