How do you go about getting your GED.?

GED centers often have practice classes so you can brush up and have an idea of what is on the actual test, so be sure to mention you'd like to take the classes. The classes are usually a few days to a few weeks then you take the GED test. I believe there is a reading and writing portion, math, science, and also a social studies portion. Anyway thats pretty much it but if you do not pass all the sections you will not get a GED and be required to only retake the one(s) you failed. After you get your GED yes, you can take any educational course you choose. Good luck!
